Frouzy \Frou"zy\, a. [Prov. E. frouzy froward, peevish,
offensive to the eye or smell; cf. froust a musty smell,

Fetid, musty; rank; disordered and offensive to the smell or
sight; slovenly; dingy. See {Frowzy}. ``Petticoats in frouzy
