Scurrile \Scur"rile\, a. [L. scurrilis, fr. scurra a bufoon,
jester: cf. F. scurrile.]
Such as befits a buffoon or vulgar jester; grossly
opprobrious or loudly jocose in language; scurrilous; as,
scurrile taunts.

The wretched affectation of scurrile laughter.
